Exercise 1: Quantify & visualize data
In this exercise, I learnt how to sort, categrise and visualise different data items.
During the lesson, Mr. Martin asked everyone about their personal collections. Some classmates collect interesting rocks, some like gathering leaves. When he asked me, I told him I was kind of forced to collect coins, and I already collected few jars of it.
When doing this exercise, I took a random handful of coins form my jar to use as my research data. After that, I started to organise and classify all the coins clearly by their types, values and production years.
